This time, itsWonder Womandirector Patty Jenkins signing for a big payday. Deadline reports the overall deal is for multiple years and will include a series produced exclusively for Netflix.

Jenkins is also no stranger to television. Her work on AMCsThe Killing earned her awards attention. Recently she also worked onBetrayal andI am The Night.
The timing seems right for Jenkins to settle into an overall, as she is putting the finishing touches on the highly anticipatedWonder Woman 1984. The DC sequel is slated to hit theaters on June 2020.
